Product Why I love it
Figma Figma has changed not only how designers work but also how all product teams collaborate. As a product manager, I live in Figma and I keep a large chunk of product requirements right next to the design keeping context for everyone.
Miro As PM who works remotely since 2018, I can’t imagine my life without Miro. It allows connecting visual context and collaboration when it comes to ideating, design, and collaborating.
Riverside.fm As I was creating more and more video content, including my latest course on how to run effective customer interviews, I came across Riverside.fm product. And it blew my mind how easy and intuitive the UI. I received more value than a subscription price.
Slack I discovered Slack in 2014 and I sent over 20 emails to CEO with ideas on how to grow it faster. I wanted to be a product manager at Slack. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. But I still love Slack and, when used properly, it almost completely eliminates the need for email collaboration inside the organization.
Notion Well, you are are here on my Notion page resources. I became a fan of Notion when they allowed publish pages publicly. It makes it easy not only manage knowledge base and project but also share them publicly.
Lu.ma Who knew we needed a better event organizing product? Eventbrite looks like a dinosaur compared to Lu.ma. It is a great blent of easy UI and social collaboration aspect. Almost all cool events I’m invited lately are managed in Lu.ma.
1Password I have been a free customer years before I started subscribe to 1Password. If you don’t have a password management software today, consider 1Password. They are not only secure and allow me to manage over 250 passwords but also have great mobile app and Chrome extension that save tons of time.
Loom Working remotely and in the different timezones creates all kinds of problems and challenge. Loom is essential tool for creating walk-throughs, demos, or just record a note for a team member that requires more context than just a message or email. It saves time since your teammate can start early on the issue in the next day in the different time zone.
Google Docs Yes, I know… maybe not the sexiest product out there, you might say. But can you imagine you imagine doing anything today outside of Google Docs? I can’t…
Zoom Zoom just works, reliably most of the time.
